Not SYNCING

OK. I make choices on my AppleWatch, then when I open the iPhone app, its a lot choices before choices I made in AppleWatch app. I wait for it to sync, but nothing, and when I get back to AppleWatch app, it also will get back to earlier choices.
It didnt use to be like this.
FIX THIS PLEASE.
